We have a fully furnished house on a farm near Pangman Saskatchewan which we are taking applications to rent on a 6 month renewable lease. Two bedrooms upstairs, large living room kitchen and bathroom. The basement is a work in progress but could serve as extra rooms and has a half bathroom.
It has electric heat and a wood stove. In a cold month without using the wood stove, the power bill can reach $600. Star Link is the only internet that actually works.

If you’ve never lived on a farm before this probably won’t work. It has a good supply of well water but the water has a lot of minerals in it. Snow clearing is on you. The RM clears the road past the yard, but depending on the year, you will need a good snow blower.
Criminal record check is imperative.
