Family of 3 looking for housing

Hi there! :)

We are a family of 3; myself, my partner and our daughter who is 6 are seeking to rent in the Halifax or Dartmouth area for July 1st.

We have lived at our current address for 5 years now and would like to move somewhere that would better suit our needs in terms of safety (Our daughter is on the autism spectrum) & because we preferably like somewhere more walkable with green space or a park nearby to some degree.

Our yearly lease ends July 1st so we would need to move by then. We currently pay $2150 a month for our apt now so something at this price or less would be ideal.

Our daughter is in grade primary currently and I myself will be starting school in September full time (Nscc Akerley) Currently I am the primary caregiver & unemployed at the moment until i finish school. My partner is a manager full time with Eastlink and has been there for many years.

We have two cats; George & Kovu. They are both fixed, have up to date shots and veterinary care which we can provide paperwork for. No behavioural issues and well cared for.

We are respectful tenants and know how to care for a space. We take great pride in our home, we are able bodied & have no qualms helping with property maintenance or snow removal!

We are looking for a long term rental to call our home! Please contact us if you feel as though we would be a good fit.
