The room is on the second floor of a huge house on 111 Meadowlands Dr West, a couple of blocks to Algonquin College and one bus to Carleton U. Please note that no pets due to allergic concerns of current tenants, single occupancy only. Rents includes utilities, but not WiFi. Parking is available for an extra fee.
