Main floor room with 8 large windows facing St. Clair West and Oakwood Ave. Natural dark wood floors with mirrors and lots of natural lights and 14 foot ceilings.

We are looking for clean-use, respectful tenants only. Suitable for responsible, professional crowd. Please do not contact for raves and club-type parties.

Approved uses include: Kids birthday parties, family gatherings, photoshoots, video shoots, dance / martial arts / fitness classes & seminars, corporate events, fashion shows, religious events, rehearsals, content creation and more.

Capacity from 20 people to 200 people. Rooms can be rented separately or together.
Chairs and tables available at additional cost.

Located on the corner of St Clair and Oakwood. Free parking in the back and across the street. Paid parking infront.
