After more than 15 years of property maintenance experience, I launched 24/7 Property Response to provide Ottawa property owners with a dependable single point of contact for emergency maintenance, inspections and ongoing property support.
We work with homeowners, landlords, property managers, commercial properties and short-term rental owners who need fast, reliable assistance when a property issue can’t wait.
Our services include emergency maintenance, minor property repairs, lock and door issues, temporary property securement following break-ins or damage, vacant property inspections, move-in and move-out inspections, photo documentation, contractor access, and general property support.
For clients who prefer ongoing coverage, we also offer Priority Response Plans, providing priority scheduling and dedicated support, while service calls are billed separately in accordance with the selected plan.
