About us: we are clean, easy going and drama free and are looking for the same in a roommate. This is an upstairs room and you would share the bathroom with 2 ladies. The kitchen is also shared. Maintaining cleanliness of the bathroom and kitchen is of utmost importance

The house has onsite laundry and there is also a spacious front porch, deck and large backyard. Central heating throughout the house. Good size room with closets, storage space. 24 hour TTC access, 5 min walk to Eglinton West subway station and close to Highway 401. Close to restaurants, banks, grocery stores, parks. The room comes with a bed, desk and chair.
