I have to move to a new province for a new job and there is a unit available at Edgemont Flats. Address is -5325 Edgemont Blvd NW,
Edmonton.
Looking to help find someone to sign a lease as a new tenant so I don’t have to continue paying for this unit. I’m not a leasing agent so idk what to really include. If you have questions I can answer please ask.

This is a second floor unit. The floor plan shown in the photo. It’s a 2 bedroom, 2 full bath. Has brand new Samsung Appliances: microwave, range, washer/dyrer, fridge.
Has heated floors which double as the heating system. It works well keeps the apartment to the temperature.
Bedrooms are very large, roughly 12x10. Master has a walk through closet and bathroom.
The other bedroom has the same set up except a door on the outside of the washroom to enter as well through the closet.

The kitchen space is massive and there is tons of storage space.
The living room area is around 8X10. You can fit a sofa and love seat with a center table and a tv stand.
This unit has a balcony its on of the largest ones the apartment units have to offer. Great in the summer we are allowed bbq too.
There is a gym, underground parking, visitor parking, 2 elevators.

Parking is $125/month. There is street parking if you don’t want to pay. The surface parking is for the other building.
The leasing company is Leston Holdings.
If you are interested please contact me and I will contact the leasing agent so they can show you the unit as I’m not in the province and have done the move out inspection and retuned the keys. Dont share any financially information with me, I’m just a former tenant trying to find someone to take over. Speak to the agent at Leston after we talk to proceed.

The area is nice and quiet. Costco is 5-10 minutes away, Walmart 15 minutes (Stony Plain or Windermere, your choice the appartment is off the Henday).

Any questions I can answer I’ll try to answer. I did enjoy my stay here if I didn’t have to relocate for work I would have stayed. I can sublease this unit so having to find someone to move in will stop me from having to continue to pay for it.
