We are a house full of young professionals, looking for a new roommate or student to join our home Jan 1st. The home is a very large, old Victorian with a nice front porch. The kitchen and washroom are shared with 3 other people. This is a very large bedroom that has a nice big window and it comes fully furnished with a dresser, queen bed and frame, artwork, etc.

The bedroom is on the main level and I have a self contained bachelor across the hall. I am a sub-leasing landlord and manage the property for the owner of the house. If you're not familiar, Cabbagetown is a really pretty, old historic neighbourhood. We are right beside a massive park, trails, and the Riverdale farm (horses, sheep, etc) and Parliament has some really great restaurants, bars, patios, grocery stores, LCBO, Beer store, etc.
