- Rent is $1500 per month and includes all utilities, Wi-Fi, 24-hour security, and meal plan.
- Gym and laundry room on 2nd floor (see last picture for more amenities).
- Meal plan is an unlimited buffet included in rent (cafe is located in the basement of the building (see photos). There is no kitchen in the unit, but there are community kitchens on some floors).
