Extremely convenient for commuting to school or work, 15 minutes transit away from Ryerson University/George Brown. 20 minutes away from University of Toronto. Local restaurants, grocery shopping and all necessities are all within minutes away.
The house is very quiet, students living here are very clean and friendly. This room is great for students and young professionals who wants a quiet place to study and relax. The room is on the third floor and you get your own private room but share the common area (sink, balcony, washroom, kitchenette) with one other student (female in her early 30s). Very light cooking because there is no ventilation vent for cooking. There is microwave and toaster. Portable Stove for heating up food.
Bell 1GB Gigabyte High-Speed Internet and all other utilities are all included. Laundry is not included. But laundromat is 10 minutes away from the house.
Looking for a long-term tenant, can move in now. Preferably university students or young professionals. No pets, no smoking.
