Hello we are renting out our spare room starting in February!! Avail month to month up to a year. We live in a good location in downtown Montreal West with our cats, included are some photos of the place. We are a 5 min walk from Saint-Laurent Metro. Close to many stores and mcgill. Criteria: No overnight/ long term guests, must have a job or full time student, English speaking! Clean up after yourself regularly, no pets, please only one individual. No smoking inside :)

Included: shared bathroom, your own room and large closet, shared kitchen, utilities included, washer and dryer in building, high speed Fibre optic wifi and some furnishings
