We are looking for a female roommate who wants to live in a den room located in 121 lower sherbourne street. This is a new condo.

The move in date should be between August 22 to September 1.
Any date between them is available.
1300 dollars for monthly rent, and 30-50 additional dollars for utilities.

The room will be furnished with mattress, desk and chair. Currently, I am using my desk in the living room, but surely you can arrange whatever you want. You will have a closet as well.
The bathroom has a bathtub and spacious shelf to store your stuff.
The kitchen has the oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave.
The laundry is in the unit.
The living room is spacious and has a comfortable sofa bed.
Air-conditioning and heat also available.
For amenities, the gym and pool is on the same floor.

- 2 minutes to street car, 10 minutes to King street by walk
- 2 minutes to Nofrills and Rabba grocery store
- 5 minutes to harborfront, cafe and many restaurant

About your roommate
She is Korean female in her 20s. It is free to invite your guests as long as you tell her in priority.
