The apartment complex lies in the heart of downtown Ottawa, and is just a five-minute walk from the U-Ottawa train station. 1Eleven offers many amenities including a 24-hour fitness center with equipped weights, a designated study room, a games room. and an on-site laundry and dryer room. The cost of rent is $850 a bed (negotiable), and this includes all utilities( hydro, gas, water, and even wifi).
