My dogs old roomate is moved out so we need a new friend for him. No dogs over 35lbs please. Absolutely no cats.

You need to be ok with small dogs. Mine is a beagle. If you have a dog too, you must demonstrate good behavior and training.

If you bring your dog with you, it is an extra 100 a month for the pet fee.

Utilities are 1/3 of the actual bill and will bill you for them monthly.

If you are not clean, i will have someone in once a week to clean for you. This is an extra 100.00 a month for light cleaning.
