hey all! i am looking for someone to take over my lease for a large main floor one bedroom unit in Sunalta. lease would start Dec 1 and runs til the end of August 2025 with the option to renew.

the unit is bright, and spacious enough for a couple to live in comfortably. the unit has a dishwasher and in-suite laundry as well as a large private back deck and yard.

rent is $1700 monthly plus utilities, includes wifi. i am also happy to include some of the furniture pictured and any kitchen items you might need.

pet friendly, including large dogs. the landlord is responsive but fairly hands off unless he is needed. he does not live on site. located about a 5 min walk from Sunalta station.
