Option 1. Private room with double bed and shared bathroom with one other room. $55 per night for one person, $375 per week. It is not suitable for 2 persons.
Option 2. Private room with queen bed and shared bathroom with one other room. $80 per night for one person, $530 per week per person. $90 per night for two persons, $600 per week for two persons.
It is 20 meters to bus stop. 500 meters to go grocery store, bank, food court. 2 mins drive to highway 401 and DVP.

Simple furniture, linens set, shampoo and laundry are provided.

Government issued valid photo ID is required. No illegal activities are allowed. No excessive drinking. No parties. No pets.
Laundry time is between 9:00am to 8:00pm, other time is prohibited
Check in time is after 2:00pm and check out is before 11:00am
Please be clean, quiet and respectful. Loud noise is not allowed especially in evening time.
Cancellation policy: Cancellable until three days before your check-in for a full refund. Otherwise, guests are only entitled to a 50% refund
