Looking for a respectful and friendly female university student to share a bright, furnished basement suite with a female fourth-year nursing student and two small, well-behaved dogs.

Location: Just behind Dutch Growers – a quiet, convenient area close to the university with an accessible bus route nearby.

Your Space:
-Private bedroom in a shared basement suite
-Shared furnished kitchen and living room (you'll have half the cabinets available with some shared)
-1 shared, furnished bathroom (you’ll have half the shelving available)
-Shared laundry (washer and dryer located on our level) with the upstairs tenant
-Street parking outside the front of the home
-You can also bring decorations to make the place more you as well!

Rent & Utilities:
-$550/month (total $1100 split between both of us)
-Month to month agreement
-Plus half of WiFi and power (we split the power bill 40/60 with the 1 upstairs tenant)
-Rent due on the 1st of each month

House Rules:
-No smoking, vaping, or parties (per landlord agreement)
-Small, respectful gatherings are welcome
-Sorry, no couples, families, or additional pets

Requirements:
-2 references (past landlord or employer)
