We have a cottage for sale situated in Niagara on the lake at the Vineridge resort. Great to rent out or for personal use. In 2023, the cottage was rented out for $300.00 per night via Airbnb with an additional $75.00 as cleaning fee. It can also be rented out through the resort with a partnership agreement. The cottage has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, open from May 1st to October 31st. It has a large deck with an aluminum railing, BBQ and patio furniture perfect for entertaining. The primary bedroom has a Queen size bed, double closet with a dresser and glass sliding doors. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with drawers underneath, for storage. The living room has a pullout couch which opens up to a double bed. 6 people can be accommodated at full capacity. The cottage has air-conditioning and heating for seasonal enjoyment. It is fully furnished and includes a fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, glassware, tableware, cutlery, etc. It is 480 sq ft in size and has wifi facility. We have recently changed the hot water tank and an air-conditioner to new ones. The guests have unlimited access to all resort facilities. It includes a kids’ playground, one acre splash pad, inground heated pool, multi-sports court, and special events during the time of stay. There are laundry facilities in a separate cottage which has coin operated machines. The cottage is located in close proximity to the two pools of the resort and all the other amenities. The Resort is close to Niagara Falls, city of Niagara-on-the Lake, hiking trails, cycling, Niagara River boating, golfing, award winning wineries, outlet malls, farmers markets, the butterfly conservatory, whirlpool cable cars, Brock Monument, museums etc.

The Vine Ridge Resort annual fee of $7990.00 HST includes property taxes, hydro, water, sewage, garbage, maintenance fees, as well as your unlimited use of all resort facilities for you, your family and guests.
