Super cool room for rent from May to September in Dunbar! This room has beautiful hardwood floors, lots of storage space in the closet and under the bed, plenty of shelving, and a large window that gets natural light all afternoon. You will also have access to a shared living area, kitchen, and backyard with a patio and lawn. The house will be fully furnished as well with everything you need including kitchenware, a coffee maker and air fryer, a large flatscreen TV, and even a barbecue! There is no upkeep needed for the lawn as well, as landscapers come each month. This home also has both garage and street parking for a car.

The room is in a very safe and quiet neighbourhood, but is only a ten minute walk to grocery stores, shops, restaurants, and cafes! It is also right by the Dunbar bus loop, making it a quick commute to UBC (15 minutes by bus) and other areas. This is an awesome spot to explore Vancouver, as you’re walking distance to Kerrisdale, under a 30 minute bus to Kitsilano, and about 40 minutes by bus downtown. It’s also a super bike friendly neighbourhood, and I typically bike to UBC in about 20 minutes.
