The room is furnished and comes with a study desk, queen bed, drawer and closet. It also has a private bathroom.

You will be sharing the apartment with a McGill student roommate. Utilities (Hydro and internet) are split between both tenants:

- Internet: $55.19/month, divided equally ($27.60 per person).
- Hydro: Paid every two months and split between tenants.
