Once you enter the suite from the side door of the house facing Cromwell Ave, you will find coat hooks, shoe mat and key hooks.

Descending the staircase will bring you into the hallway which connects the kitchen and living space with the bedrooms.

The living space features a couch, wall-mounted smart TV and a solid-wood coffee table.

The living space also has a round table with 4 comfortable chairs. In the corner you will find a solid-wood desk, desk lamp and chair, which makes it an ideal workspace.

Across from the living space you will find the bright open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities for cooking delicious meals:
- Full sized fridge
- Full sized oven and range
- Microwave
- Keurig coffee machine with re-usable pod
- Toaster
- Dishes (plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, wine glasses)
- Cutlery
- Pots and frying pans

Adjacent to the kitchen you will find the bathroom, which contains a stand-up shower, vanity and vertical storage unit. Please note that the toilet is a mechanical toilet which works by means of a pump.

Each of the two bedrooms feature a comfortable queen sized bed and a dresser. For even more storage space, both bedrooms feature a walk-in closet, each with a motion-sensor light.

The bedroom facing the east contains a closet for the tankless water heater. This bedroom also provides access to the furnace room via the walk-in closet.

Immediately left of the stairs (as you come down) is the laundry closet which contains a stacked washer and dryer for your own personal use.

The outside of the property features a 3-car driveway. One space is allocated for your use while the other two spaces are allocated to the upstairs tenants. Inside the shed are the garbage and recycling bins.
