Bonjour, je mets en location ma chambre situé au 1045 rue Wellington à partir du 12 avril jusqu’au 30 juin. Cette chambre fait partie d’un grand appartement (900 pieds carrés) composé de deux chambres, un grand séjour/cuisine munie d’une salle de bain avec baignoire et une douche.

L’appartement se situe proche de plusieurs commerces: Adonis, Pharmaprix, boulangeries, restaurants et bars. Ainsi que très proche du Canal Lachine offrant un espace de plein air de choix pour l’été. L’appartement est proche des bureaux d’entreprises situés en centre-ville ou dans le quartier international/vieux-port. Des écoles sont aussi à quelques minutes à pied (ETS). Le métro Bonaventure et Square Victoria sont à 15mn à pied ou accessible via plusieurs bus (35, 61, 74, 107, 715).

Pendant votre séjour vous serez avec Gabriel, un jeune homme très sympathique de 27 ans occupant la deuxième chambre. Cette annonce concerne la plus grande des chambres de l’appartement (~130 p.c). La chambre est assez grande et contient un grand lit ainsi qu’un bureau. La chambre donne accès directement à un grand walk-in closet donnant à son tour accès à la salle de bain.

L’appartement est une unité d’angle lumineuse et moderne avec tous les électroménagers bien fonctionnel, dispose d’un grand balcon. L’immeuble dispose d’un Gym ainsi que d’un toit terrasse. L’appartement est meublé ainsi que la chambre.
Le prix mensuel est de 1100$ auxquels s’ajoutent l’hydro, internet et assurance (70$/mois).

Hello, I'm renting my room at 1045 Wellington Street from April 12 to June 30. This room is part of a large apartment (900 square feet) with two bedrooms, a large living room/kitchen and a bathroom with tub and shower.

The apartment is close to many stores: Adonis, Pharmaprix, bakeries, restaurants and bars. It's also very close to the Lachine Canal, offering plenty of outdoor space for the summer. The apartment is close to downtown corporate offices or the international district/Old Port. Schools are also within walking distance (ETS). Bonaventure and Square Victoria metro stations are a 15-minute walk away, or accessible by several buses (35, 61, 74, 107, 715).

During your stay, you'll be staying with Gabriel, a very friendly 27-year-old who occupies the second room. This listing is for the largest room in the apartment (~130 sq. ft.). The room is quite large and contains a double bed and a desk. The bedroom gives direct access to a large closet, which in turn leads to the bathroom.

The apartment is a bright, modern corner unit with all appliances and a large balcony. The building has a gym and a roof terrace. The apartment and bedroom are furnished.
The monthly price is $1100, plus electricity, internet and insurance ($70/month).
