We are a fairly young couple, male (30), and female (28). We are currently staying with F28's parents, and it's just not enough space. We are looking to rent a room, or a bachelor apartment, just for ourselves and our cats. We are on assistance while M30 is working on upgrading to start a career in security.

We are more than happy to set up direct payment, so that any potential landlord doesn't have to worry about whether or not we'll pay on time.

Our max rent is set to $1100, but that must be all inclusive; lower if it isn't.

We are quiet people who would rather play video games than go out and party. We don't drink, we don't smoke, and we don't do drugs. We are tidy, and respectful, and would love an opportunity to strike out on our own as adults, and make a life for ourselves as a couple.
