We are looking for a room to rent by March 1 or anytime after that. We are quiet and clean and not big party animals. We have two cats, a female about 8 years who is spade. The other is a 6 month male which will be getting fixed in February. My boyfriend is cannabis friendly and we both smoke cigarettes for now (we do plan on quitting in the near future) we don’t mind smoking outside as well to keep the place smelling good. we do have the occasional drink or two but nothing too crazy.
