The house has a full-sized kitchen, hot tub, laundry, gym area with exercise equipment and a family room with a wood fireplace. Furniture, kitchenware, camping/sports equipment, and other household items are available. Also, a handyman's garage with tools and supplies can be used for DIY projects. Furthermore, you are welcome to have your vegetable garden as well:) As a house owner/landlord and an avid sportsman, traveler, nature lover, and handyman, I gladly helped many with affordable accommodation and opportunities of the place.

Regarding a tenant, I prefer a financially stable/responsible, cultured, clean and quiet individual who is interested in long-term rent. Please tell me about yourself and your rental needs. Rent is $700 - $1000/month depending on the room, size and setup. An additional tenant can be approved by the Landlord at an extra cost. Note: As of now, only 1 larger room with separate entrance is available for $900 - $1000. Upon availability, a Tenant can change to a larger or smaller/cheaper room later. Internet, laundry, and utilities are included. Except for private rooms, the remainder of the house is shared by the landlord/owner and the tenant/s. This place is perfect for someone who loves countryside living, nature and opportunities.
