Host Expectation:
Short term renter (minimum 6 months to a year) and longer terms are gladly considered. I have successfully rented to International exchange student, business owners, University and College students, factory and warehouse workers, Full Time construction workers and OPG staff in the past. I don't mind occasional adult guests; however, no parties, no overnight guests and no kids on premise anytime.
