I have some office space for Lease in the Centrepointe area of Ottawa. I am looking for a (ideally) a few more mental health or wellness professionals (e.g., nutritionists, OT's, acupuncture) to share my newly renovated, 4-office unit. I have 1-3 offices to sub-lease/share. I am open to other professionals (e.g., lawyers, etc).

Beautiful, newly-renovated office space to share. Tons of natural light in each 11' x 14' office, with large windows and lovely views to the outdoors; tastefully decorated throughout. The suite is located in a 3-story office building nestled within a shopping plaza that includes The Royal Oak Restaurant, a Butchery, a Greek restaurant, a pharmacy, and Royal Bank of Canada. The unit contains a shared waiting room with keurig coffee/tea station and reception area, staff room with kitchenette, space for filing cabinet, and large coat/boot closet. Office can come fully furnished or can be unfurnished for your own personal preferences. Sub-lease/rental rate is competitive for the area and includes HST, wifi, utilities, and use of a printer.

The space is ideal for mental health or wellness professionals who work independently, but would enjoy being in a collegial environment, with opportunity for consultation and cross-referral.

I have been a Psychologist in private practise for the last 20 years, and work with adults and older adolescents from a CBT/Mindfulness orientation. I am mainly looking for nice people to share my new space with as colleagues, and who share a similar clientele (i.e., adults and adolescents, no treatment providers of children please).
