I’m moving to Australia for my studies and am subletting my 2-bedroom apartment for 7 months, from December 1st to July 1st.

Located centrally, the apartment is just a short walk to Sherbourne subway station, as well as the Sherbourne and Parliament bus routes. You’ll find multiple grocery stores, pharmacies, a local library, and a community center with a gym and pool all within easy reach.

Nearby neighborhoods include Cabbagetown, Church and Wellesley, and Riverdale Park, offering plenty to explore.

The apartment is fully furnished, with each room featuring a bed, desk, closet, and chest of drawers. Rent includes internet and hydro.

Requirements: reference checks, pay stubs, non-smoker, and first and last month’s rent. I’m open to the possibility of a pet, but this would need to be discussed first.

Open to a couple, a small family, 2 friends or 3 people.
