Salut,

Une chambre se libère à partir du mois d'aout pour la 3e place dans notre coloc. L'appartement est idéal pour des étudiants de l'UdeM, Poly, HEC ou pour un jeune travailleur. On est situé à environ 10 min de la station Université de Montréal et a 2 minutes à pied du centre Wilderton ou tu trouveras une SAQ, une épicerie métro et d’autres commerces. Le loyer est de 592$ charges (environ 40$) par mois. On cherche quelqu'un de propre et respectueux des autres, connaissant déjà le principe de vivre à plusieurs, si possible dans la tranche d’âge 25 à 30 ans (on peut être flexible). Pour conserver un peu de parité dans la coloc, on préférait une fille, mais là aussi on peut être flexible. L’appartement est grand et bien exposé. On aime partager des moments entre coloc et on respecte aussi l'intimité de chacun en privilégiant la communication. On est une généralement une coloc plutôt tranquille, quand on veut organiser des soirées et autres à la maison on essaye de prévenir les autres. Pour le ménage, on sépare l’appartement en trois zones qu’on nettoie chacun à son tour toutes les deux semaines.

La chambre n'est pas meublée mais on a un matelas queen qui ne sert plus et qui peut dépanner au besoin ! Tu partageras la coloc avec :

Tom, 29 ans qui travaille actuellement comme développeur. J’aime faire sport, les jeux vidéo et regarder un film ou une série de temps en temps en coloc. J’aime bien avoir des moments à moi mais j’aime aussi discuter de tout et de rien avec mes colocs. Louis, 28 ans et cuisto donc si tu le motives pour faire à manger tu ne le regretteras pas. Comme Tom, il est aussi amateur de jeux vidéo, et ça nous arrive souvent de jouer ensemble. Enfin, il a aussi le virus de la photo et de la finance donc n’hésites pas à l’interrompre s’il parle trop de l'un ou de l'autre !

Enfin, bien qu'on soit deux fumeurs, on ne fume pas dans les zones communes (ou alors aux fenêtres). Si ça t'intéresse, envoie un message en te décrivant un peu, on aimerait trouver quelqu'un avec qui le courant passe bien !

Hello,

A room will be available starting in August for the 3rd spot in our shared apartment. The place is ideal for students from UdeM, Poly, HEC, or a young professional. We are located about 10 minutes from the Université de Montréal station and 2 minutes' walk from the Wilderton center where you will find a SAQ, a Metro grocery store, and other shops. The rent is $592 utilities (around $40) per month. We are looking for someone clean and respectful of others, already familiar with the concept of shared living, ideally between the ages of 25 and 30 (we can be flexible). To maintain some balance in the apartment, we would prefer a female, but again we can be flexible. The apartment is large and well-lit. We enjoy spending time together as housemates but also respect each other's privacy by prioritizing communication. We are generally a quiet household, and when we want to organize parties or other events at home, we try to inform the others. For cleaning, we divide the apartment into three zones that we clean in turn every two weeks.

The room is unfurnished, but we have a queen mattress that is not being used and can help out if needed! You will share the apartment with:

Tom, 29 years old, currently working as a developer. I enjoy sports, video games, and watching a movie or series occasionally with housemates. I like having my own time but also enjoy chatting about anything and everything with my housemates. Louis, 28 years old, and a cook, so if you motivate him to cook, you won't regret it. Like Tom, he is also a video game enthusiast, and we often play together. He also has a passion for photography and finance, so feel free to interrupt him if he talks too much about one or the other!

Finally, although we are both smokers, we do not smoke in the common areas (or only by the windows). If you're interested, send a message describing yourself a bit, we would like to find someone with whom we get along well!
