Close to Upgrader Sask side Lloydminster. One bedroom fuuly furnished in basement. Comes with own fridge, microwave, airfyer and dishes. This is for one Male in town for work. The bathroom is shared with one other guy that is here for work renting the other room downstairs. I have rented over the years to men coming for Upgrader shutdowns and othe projects in the Lloyd area. No drugs, no parties and no pets Rent is $800 per month includes utilities.
