We have one room at basement available for rent on Aug. 1st, 2024. Rental fee covers high speed internet, laundry washer/dryer, heat and water. The basement has bathroom, big kitchen and big living room.
Our home is located in Pasadena Ave close to U of M and it takes about 10 minute walk to U of M and also accessible to bus stop. It is very safe, quiet and peaceful community.
