Hello! We have a one bedroom in a 2 single bedroom shared suite available as of May 1st. Our house is close to major bus stops 025, 019 and 022. Within 3 mins' walking distance to the bus stations, you can easily commute to YVR airport, Downtown and other places in Vancouver. Also, you'll be in walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, parks, and a community centre etc. We are in a convenient location, near Knight St at E King Edward Ave in Vancouver.

- YVR airport: 20 minutes driving by car, 35 minutes by bus and skytrain
- Downtown: 15 minutes driving by car, 20 to 25 minutes by bus or skytrain
- UBC: A 40 minute bus ride gets you straight to UBC, no transfer is needed.
- Emily Carr University: 10 minutes by bus, 10 minute walk after.
- Langara College: 20 minutes by bus or skytrain
