It close to Ernest Manning High School (5-minute walk distance). walk distance to the Ambrose University and Rundle College Society School. There are lot of shopping center and restaurants nearby.
Looking for mature clean respectful tenants or students. Simple cooking only.

Rental fee is $600 for one room, utilities included.
