It is a suite and includes 1 bedroom, your own bathroom, family room w/ satellite TV, wifi, use of laundry facilities, kitchenette w/ fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, crock pot, electric frying pan, George Foreman grill, dishes and utensils, bedding and linens. All you need to bring is you, your clothes, your food and consumables. The suite is air conditioned.
