Yes pets are welcome. We have 2 pets. One cat and a dog but they don’t live on the same floors of the house. The mainfloor is self contained with a kitchen and bathroom. We are unique because we have two kitchens and two bathrooms to share with everyone. You will have a great private bedroom space to relax and enjoy good company or the quite if your in the mood for some isolation and quite time. Each room comes furnished but can be rented unfurnished. You can move the room’s contents around to suit your needs.
Everyone minds their own business. We all use and share our manners. And often our leftovers.
Parking? There is street parking for less than $40. A month. But we have tons of access to transit.
All utilities are included.
We have a laundry facility in house it’s $10.00 per load. Between 9am-7pm weekdays. Now if You only use them between 7PM and 11pm each weekday and 9am to 11pm all weekend and holidays you can wash and dry for FREE.
There is ample TTC around the property in a 5-10 min walk in any direction. There is room on the property to park your bike.
