The house is very clean and quiet.
the room is upstairs with sunlight window, upstairs is for female only, you would share the washroom and common area with 1 other lady that professional work as full time.
All the shared spaces are well managed, also comes with well managed cleaning schedule. Also we don’t have dryer, we have a brand new version of washing machine with good spin function, and then hang the clothes and air dry, also free side way parkings are available.
Utilities: Electricity, Heat, water, and wifi are included.
The location is very great as well, 3-5 minutes walking to Whitehorn C-train station, 2 minutes to bus stop, 10 minuets driving to airport, 15 minuets to downtown. The house is Close to a lot supermarket and malls. For example: Saveway, superstore, T&T, Canadian tire, Winners, Sunridge mall, and there are a lot of restaurants and facility around this area.
