Grocery stores such as Superstore and Walmart are within walking distance. U of W and Red River College are only a short drive away. There are plenty of restaurants in the area as well.

* Rent is 450 per month including all the utilities such as (Heat, Hydro, Laundry, high-speed Wi-Fi etc.) all included in the rent. Car parking is available too!!! There is AC in the house for hot Manitoba weather.

* This place is only available for students and working professional. International students are welcome. Preference would be given to young people.

*Please note we try to keep this house clean and on weekends everyone helps with a clean-up of the house. If you’re someone who likes a clean place and is quiet and respectful you will like this place. If you can’t help with clean-ups this place wouldn’t be a good fit for you.
