Our dear friend Deborah is moving out to start a new chapter with her partner, so we’re on the hunt for someone who can fill her spot in our house and in our hearts. This is a home with a story in every corner, filled with character and warmth.

The Room:
Your new space is on the third floor, with an open, airy feel. It’s a spacious, unfurnished room flooded with natural light—perfect for creating your own personal retreat. The house has plenty of shared spaces, a large kitchen, and cozy corners for quiet moments.

About Us:
Meet Brian, Tom, and Andres. We’re a friendly, easygoing trio whose lives mesh perfectly in this big, cozy house. Brian’s the house’s resident enthusiast, Tom brings music into our lives, and Andres runs the boats to Toronto Island (when he’s not away for the winter). And when Andres is around, so is our fourth “roommate,” Queen—his small but mighty dog with a personality that fills the room. Queen will be away with Andres during the colder months but will rejoin us in the spring for some extra puppy joy.

About You:
We’re looking for a good communicator who’s down for a laid-back, positive vibe. You know how to keep a place clean, appreciate a weekly chore schedule, and see house responsibilities as a team effort. Ideally, you enjoy an occasional dinner or hang but are also cool doing your own thing. It’s the best of both worlds.
