The apartment is one of six, on the first floor of a historic old stone victorian building and has a little balcony from the bedroom. The bedroom has a single bed that can be pulled out as a king size bed. The living room and dining room open concept area has a sectional sofa that can be used as a bed for occasional guests, and a dining set for 4 people. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a tub/shower and a washer and dryer in a closet.

Electricity and internet are not included and need to be managed by the renter.
