Hello, I’m looking for a roommate to move in August 1st to a ground floor apartment in Dorval, in a great location with parking and steps away from the bus line and train station. You’d have the master bedroom with your own private washroom, and we’d share the common areas. I’ll be staying in the smaller bedroom. I cover all the utilities and internet. You can either sign the lease with me (pending credit check and potentially paying first 2 months rent) or we can come to a separate agreement, whatever works best for you.
