À propos des colocs actuels:
• Johanna, franco-allemande, qui poursuit des études de maîtrise en relations internationales à l’UdeM. Elle est arrivée en septembre et reste jusqu’en août.
• Louis, étudiant français qui étudie à Rubika Montréal jusqu’en août.

Situé dans Parc Extension, dans un quartier bien desservi où les voisins se saluent. Sept minutes à pied de la station de métro Parc et 100 mètres de l'arrêt d'autobus 80 Parc, direction Place-des-Arts avec service fréquent et service de nuit. Près de tous les services nécessaires: métro, supermarché, piscine publique, et le bien-aimé parc sportif Parc Jarry.
