Bonjour, je cherche un/une colocataire dans un 4 1/2 dans un flat. La chambre montré sur la photo est celle offerte. Disponibilité 1 avril 2025, mais flexible.

- 1200$ par moi (jusqu’à Avril 2026) possibilité de renouvellement. Peut être un peu flexible sur le prix. Cherche seulement quelqu’un de moyen/long terme
- 110$ pour stationnement extérieur ou 150$ pour intérieur (impossible de se stationner dans les rues avoisinantes)
- tout inclus dans le prix! : chauffage, eau chaude, électricité, internet haute vitesse.
-Salle partagée avec une autre personne : salle de bain, salon, cuisine et salle à manger
- Dans un appartement très spacieux pour un 4 1/2, très éclairé (avec beaucoup des grandes fenêtres et bien entretenu)
- L’appartement a un balcon avec une belle vue.
- se situe à 30 minutes à pied (ou 7 minutes en voiture) de le campus Loyola de l’Université de Concordia
- aussi à 20 minutes d’autobus de la station Villa-Maria avec une ligne pour y aller qui passe au moins de 10 minutes durant les heures de pointe. En plus, l’arrêt se trouve à 2-3 minutes de marche de l’appartement.
- La chambre vient sans meuble (ce qu’on voit sur la photo c’est ceux de ma colocataire qui va partir) mais elle est ouverte à vendre quelques choses si vous faites un offre.

- Moi✨ : je suis une jeune qui travaille temps plein comme intervenante. J’adore être entouré d’autre personne même si j’ai des moments qui j’aime mieux être un peu seul. J’ai deux adorables petits chien de 8.5 et 10 livres! Alors, doit aimer les chiens

- In a very spacious apartment for a 4 1/2, very bright (with many large windows and well-maintained)
- The apartment has a balcony with a beautiful view.
- It's at 30-minute walk (or a 7-minute by car) from Concordia University's Loyola Campus
- It's also a 20-minute bus ride from Villa Maria station, with a line that runs every 10 or less minutes during rush hour. Plus, the stop is a 2-3 minute walk from the apartment.
- The room comes unfurnished (what we see on the picture belongs to my roommate, who's moving out), but she's open to selling a few things if you make an offer.

- Me✨: I'm a young worker that works full-time as a counselor. I love being around other people, even though I have times when I prefer to be alone. I have two lovely small dogs, 8.5 and 10 pounds! So need to love dogs
