Bonjour, je libère ma chambre pour juin dans ma colocation d’environ 100 m² de deux personnes. Chaque locataire a sa propre chambre et sa propre salle de bain.
Vous serez en colocation avec Selma R. 28 ans.
Le logement est très ensoleillé, avec un mur de fenêtres dans chaque chambre ainsi que dans le salon, offrant une vue sur Côte-des-Neiges.
La chambre n’est pas meublée, mais le salon et la cuisine le sont, la plupart des meubles appartenant à ma colocataire.
Ma colocataire possède trois petits chats d’environ un an et demi, c’est pourquoi nous cherchons avant tout quelqu’un à l’aise avec les chats ou avec l’idée de vivre avec eux.
Il s’agit d’un appartement situé dans un immeuble de 17 étages, avec concierge à l’entrée, ascenseur et piscine ouverte en été. Une place de parking peut être demandée aux propriétaires en échange d’un supplément ajouté au bail.
L’électricité et Internet ne sont pas inclus dans le prix, mais divisées entre locataires
Vous êtes à deux pas des lignes de bus 166 (Côte-des-Neiges, Centre-ville), 129 (Côte-des-Neiges, UDEM, Rosemont), 51 et 161. La station Snowdon (lignes bleue et orange, à 15 minutes de marche) est également accessible via les bus 166 et 51.

Hello, I am leaving my room in June in our shared apartment of about 100 m² with two people. Each tenant has their own bedroom and private bathroom.
You will be renting with one roommate, Selma R. 28 y.o.
The apartment is very bright, with a wall of windows in each bedroom as well as in the living room, offering a view of Côte-des-Neiges.
The bedroom is not furnished, but the living room and kitchen are, as most of the furniture belongs to my roommate.
My roommate has three small cats, about a year and a half old, which is why we are mainly looking for someone who is comfortable with cats or with the idea of living with them.
This is a room in a 17‑floor building with a concierge at the entrance, an elevator, and a pool open in the summer. A parking spot can be requested from the landlords in exchange for an additional fee added to the lease.
You are just a few steps away from the bus lines 166 (Côte-des-Neiges, Downtown), 129 (Côte-des-Neiges, UDEM, Rosemont), 51 and 161. Snowdon station (blue and orange lines, about a 15‑minute walk) is also accessible via buses 166 and 51.
Electricity and Internet are not included in the price, but are split among roommates.
