I am moving out of my room and need to find a successor from May 1st.

The appartment is located in the Monkland village (5 mins from Villa Maria metro, 15 mins from Snowdon metro). The building is quiete and cosy. We are located on the last floor. Also, lots of convenience stores nearby.

You will share the appartment with 2 very friendly lads. They are preferably looking for a long term roomate. Pets are allowed. We got a common living room as well.

The room is not big, but very sunny and has a useful closet to store things. The room comes unfurnished but if you need furniture we can discuss me selling you mine. Prices are negotiable except for the bed that I will not sell for less than 700$ because I recently bought for 1k.
