We have two rooms available!!

Hello we are renting out our spare room ASAP!! Available month to month or preferrably long term. We live in downtown Montreal with our two cats and included are some photos/videos of the place. We are a 5 min walk from Saint-Laurent Metro. Close to many stores and mcgill. We have some criteria to meet for our personal preferences and I'll list them below. Thank u!

Criteria:
No frequent guests
Must have a job
English speaking!
Clean up after yourself regularly
No Pets please
Only one individual
No smoking inside please go outside

Included:
shared bathroom, ur own room and closet, shared kitchen, utilities included, washer and dryer in building, high speed Fibre optic wifi included. No furnishings in the room
