The current roommates are looking for someone in their twenties to join their cozy home.

The apartment is an 8-minute walk from Jean-Talon metro station, with plenty of nearby shops: convenience store, Metro supermarket, restaurants, Dollarama, hair salon, bars...

Rent is $917/month, all included (water, electricity, internet, furniture). It will increase to $934 starting September 1st with the installation of an A/C unit.

The apartment includes 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with toilet, an open kitchen/living room, and 2 balconies. It’s fully equipped with a washer, dryer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and A/C — all you need is your suitcase!

Currently, the roommates are one guy and one girl — easy-going and chill. They’re quiet during the week and a bit more active on weekends. They’re looking for someone respectful and friendly for a long-term stay.
