Il y a eu une situation récemment avec une de mes amies qui me forcent à déménager pour l’aider avec une nouvelle maladie chronique. Cependant, j’ai déjà signé une renouvellement de mon appartement. Quand j’ai parlé avec le landlord, il m’a dit qu’il faut que je trouve un transfer pour mon contract le 1er Juillet. C’est un 4.5 à la troisième étage avec des chambres conjointes (double chambre) puis beaucoup de lumière naturelle et deux balcons. Il y a aussi une cuisine meublée, et des emplacements pour une laveuse et sécheuse. 5 minutes de Metro Lasalle à Verdun, MTL. L‘électricité et l’eau ne sont pas inclues dans le loyer. Le stationnement est a larriere du bâtiment et accessible par les escaliers darriere ou par la ruelle.

I have found myself in a situation where I am helping to take care of my chronically ill friend, and am going to be moving in with her. However, by the time this situation arose, I had already signed a lease renewal for my apartment. I spoke to the landlord and he said I need a lease transfer For the contract for the 1st of July. The apartment is a third floor walk up 4.5, with adjoining rooms (double room) and lots of natural light with two balconies. It has a furnished kitchen, and laundry/dryer outlets included. 5 minutes from Lasalle Metro station in Verdun, MTL. Hydro and water are not included in the rent. The parking spot is behind the building, accessible by the back staircase or by the alleyway.
