Hi there , my name is Becca I am a 36 years old and born, raised here in Edmonton. I used to be a home care nurse but I had a bad accident which was devastating for me , unfortunately I was unable to get back to being able to care for myself as fast as I wanted however my family had applied for me to be put on disability and I have to admit that I am not the sort of individual who's comfortable with any sorts of handouts but in the beginning I was just trying to get around with a walker I was 26 then . I am now 36 and motivated in terms of I find it's a lot easier to do volunteer work and help with whatever I can I have experience with maintenance in buildings so if you have a chance you could come to meet me and over time see that I'm very clean and well versed with how to make sure the property is in the best way of cleaning . My mother was the main maintenance for numerous highrises and smaller buildings as a teenager so I have a very nice understanding of the job it takes for basic maintenance and I just wanted to also make sure to make sure that's one of my talents that I'm able to offer to help with that sort of things is second nature and on top of what I receive from Amish im allowed to make a little over 1000 dollars a month . I am looking for a adult building that honestly has no problem tenants I like to know that the place I live is not able to be broken into the safety and security of the neighborhood and building is a important thing for me . Home is supposed to be a sanctuary and I think I have a few things to afford to help with in my new home . I'm personally moving due to the owners of the building overnight changing and they increased my rent almost 500 dollars without notice . Although we have been said to be this housing companys best tenants in terms of no late rent no problems and helping when other were going through crisis etc . It's most likely going to be me and my oldest friend who wants to be on the lease for a year signed and my roommate is able to show proof of work infact I choose to believe he is a workaholic but he is content doing it . I am being honest he works two jobs full time and one part x plus we both volenteer he is 42 been he said just yesterday we've been best friends for almost 20 years now :).so there's never any arguments or pettyness between us . We have positive references from our previous places we've lived at and they were all long term rentals for the reasons we are leaving this place is I have become close friends with the neighbors and all the suites have had multiple problems and now since the new owners they are just not being respectful or reputable to the people who live here it's only 6 suites two buildings but I have knowledge on how to be proactive against any tenants worst nightmare's they have been sidetracking us for years and I should call the city however I am not interested in any of that drama our lease is up soon and instead of being here in truth any longer than we should I am going through with writing practically this book about me my best friend adrian and our medium dog who is a licensed emotional support animal well trained I also taught him how sign language along with the other commands. So budget wise is I can afford 1500 for a house and then if the power and cable maximum I know we can cap it at is around basic utilities plus Internet if it was in the way they say "my dream home" washer & dryer in suite a basement main floor upstairs or a townhouse if it's an apartment downtown area is great for us because of the area my friend works so close to bus routes so urban living or even a micro apartment in terms of space non smoking . Also the last of our dream requests would be balcony if its in a apartment and the other tenants can do as they please aa long as they have no traffic or anything that's trouble to other tenants .
