The room comes fully furnished and rent includes all utilities, wireless internet, use of a large common room with cable TV and laundry facilities.
Bathroom, large kitchen and living room are shared. House also has a cozy backyard and large front and back patio available for use.

House is a short walk from the University of Ottawa, grocery store, downtown market, shopping Mall and several beautiful historic parks (including Strathcona Park). There is also a convenience store and restaurants around the corner. Several major transit lines close by.

House residents are mixed gender, mix of mature students and professionals. The house has a friendly social vibe but is a pretty quiet environment most of the time.

Looking strictly for mature, clean, responsible, conscientious tenants only. We maintain a friendly and very clean shared living space. The house has strict rules around cleanliness and safety.
No pets, no smokers and no potheads (regular cannabis users).
