Campus Inn, located at 502 Forest Hill Rd, is now prebooking for 2025-2026 academic year. We are a privately owned off campus residence on a bus route; approximately an 8-10 min walk to the gates of UNB. We welcome students from UNB, STU and NBCC.

We offer a 10-month lease. Lease starts from Sept 3rd 2025 till the end of June 28th 2026. Rent is 975$ per month.

To the students we offer laundry facilities (coin operated) weekly maid service, on site management, security in the building, free parking, a large common kitchen area for cooking and on-site restaurants.
All rooms are fully furnished and include a mini fridge, microwave, TV, internet, cable and air conditioning.
